Running Training Program

$100/month

Weekly running programming based on how you are progressing towards your goals. Regular check-ins and personalized workouts. Whether your are training for your first 5km or pushing your next long-distance goal, this may be for you.

Running & Integrated Strength Program

$135/month

Add specific strength training to help reach your goals. Follow along with weekly programming for both your running and strength training based on injury prevention and addressing any imbalances noticed on initial assessments.

Pre and Postpartum Strength Program

$50/month

Whether you are trying to stay active throughout your pregnancy or trying to feel yourself again following delivery, a balanced strength program may be helpful for you. This will help to address common weaknesses that can lead to pain and discomfort before and after pregnancy. (note: if your goal is mainly running and you fit this category, the running packages can still be adapted to you!)
